### Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and personalized service.
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify client issues and propose effective solutions, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Project Coordination: Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to ensure client objectives are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client status, feedback, and metrics to internal teams to inform strategies and improve service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences and foster a collaborative environment.
- Feedback Loops: Implement and manage feedback loops with clients to continuously improve products and services based on their needs and suggestions.
- Training and Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and support to ensure they are effectively utilizing our platform and services.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for Zomato to enhance client services and overall satisfaction.
### Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in client relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage or technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Hardworking: Demonstrated commitment to achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
- Dedicated: Willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs and support team objectives.
- Soft Skills:
