Job Summary:
Furends Pet Studio is looking for a warm, pet-loving, and customer-friendly individual to be the face of our studio! As the first point of contact, you will greet clients, handle bookings, assist in the care of pets for boarding and grooming, and ensure that our cafe guests have a delightful experience. Your role will be a mix of customer service, pet supervision, and front desk management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Customer Service:
• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Manage bookings for pet grooming, boarding, and cafe reservations.
• Explain services, pricing, and policies to customers.
• Process payments and maintain records of transactions.
2. Pet Care & Supervision:
• Ensure the well-being of pets in boarding, grooming, and the cafe.
• Assist pet parents with check-in and check-out for boarding and grooming.
• Supervise pet interactions in the cafe, ensuring a safe and happy environment for both pets and customers.
• Monitor pets for any signs of distress or discomfort and take appropriate action.
3. Customer Experience & Cafe Supervision:
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for cafe guests by managing pet interactions.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and cafe area.
• Coordinate with the grooming and boarding staff for smooth operations.
4. Social Media & Content Support:
• Capture candid photos and videos of pets, meals, events, or grooming sessions.
• Create engaging Instagram Stories and Reels on-site during working hours.
• Assist with posting content, replying to DMs, and engaging with followers.
• Help maintain content folders for weekly planning (photos, videos, testimonials).
• Support with ideas for trending posts, giveaways, or pet-related content.
• Ensure brand tone and aesthetics are consistent in all posts.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must love animals – especially dogs and cats!
• Prior experience in customer service or a pet-related business is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling pets of different sizes and temperaments.
• Basic computer skills for managing bookings and transactions.

📍 Location: Furends Pet Studio, Versova, Mumbai
🕒 Work Timings: 11 AM – * PM, Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off) | NO holidays on weekend OR festivals
