About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build experience in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of clients across employee share plans, investor relations, and share registry services. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help deliver high-quality client outcomes and support events such as Annual General Meetings.

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, applicants must be based in Sydney and able to attend the office as required.


Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day client deliverables and internal workflows
Assist with client reporting, invoicing, and print/mail campaign execution
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Support the planning and preparation of client events, including AGMs
Maintain quality standards and adhere to compliance procedures
Utilise internal systems and tools for client servicing and documentation

About You

1–3 years’ experience in a client support, administration, operations, or coordination role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with sound stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working to deadlines in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Interest in financial services or corporate environments
A degree in business, commerce, finance or related field is desirable but not essential

This role is best suited to candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a structured, supportive setting.

This role may occasionally require flexibility in hours to support key client events or deliverables.
