Location - Kolkata West Bengal
Budget - 15K - 20K Monthly
Expereince - 0 - 6 Month

Job Role & Responsibilities
• Maintaining Healthy Relations with The Client
• Develop and Manage Relationships with Clients
• Create Plans to Address Clients' Business Needs
• Providing Clients with Relevant Information About the Products and Services
• Communicating with Clients Via Phone Calls Emails, Or In-Person and Resolving Client Queries
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Maintaining A Detailed and Accurate Record of All Client Details and Communications
• Collaborate with internal to address customers’ needs
Requirements
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well with a team
• Problem solving skill
• Service to existing client base
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with web apps
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
