Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their coaching process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
2. On-boarding and Coordination:
- Manage the on-boarding process for new clients, including scheduling initial consultations and providing necessary information about services.
- Coordinate schedules between clients and coaches, ensuring seamless service delivery.
3. Communication and Support:
- Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Follow up with clients post-sessions to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate client records, including documentation of interactions, feedback, and progress tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
5. Client Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, etc.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with coaches and other team members to align client needs with available resources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client services by providing insights and feedback.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No prior work experience required. However, candidates with volunteer experience, internships, or part-time work in customer service or client-facing roles will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- A proactive, empathetic approach to client interactions, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Familiarity with educational consulting, career coaching and mentoring practices.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in client engagement.
