About Kimti Kaagaz:
Kimti Kaagaz is a Mumbai-based investor service company that helps individuals and families recover, transfer, and dematerialize their physical share certificates. We bridge the gap between investors, registrars, and authorities like IEPF (MCA) — ensuring a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client documents, KYC forms, indemnity bonds, and affidavits.
Maintain records of physical share certificates and track claim progress.
Coordinate with RTAs, Companies, Depositories, and IEPF.
Prepare and update case files, reports, and trackers.
Interact with investors and their families to understand their cases.
Explain processes related to dematerialization, transmission, and IEPF claims.
Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Non Graduate.
Good communication skills in Writing and Speaking.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
