Job Summary:
As a Client Relationship Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your role is crucial in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and promoting the company's products or services.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and develop a strong understanding of their business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Understand the company's products or services thoroughly and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
• Monitor and track client activities, preferences, and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, concerns, and requests for information.
Requirements:
• Candidate must have minimum 1 year of International voice experience.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Candidates must be willing to work in night shift from office.
• Candidate must not have more than 1 month of notice period in their present company.

Salary: ₹175,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
