Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
• Activities in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities include:
• Technical team member in Development of Software extensions as per Client’s Business requirement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications
• Assist with analysis, design and implementation of solutions for various business requirements. Analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks and recommendations
• Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by Oracle / Client within planned schedule.
• Ensure quality code delivery. Provide technical services as part of development and Implementation activities of Oracle Banking application.
Your Qualifications
You possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, Spring Boot, Ojet, Rest API, JavaScript, XML.
You possess good client interaction skills in areas including presentation of solutions
You have exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting on Application Server software especially Oracle Weblogic
You should be able to demonstrate experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions either as software solutions or as re-engineering initiatives
You possess skill of good Team player
Secondary Skills
You have exposure to Banking Domain and Functional knowledge of Banking systems
You have exposure to software development processes and practices, DevOps tools, Testing tools
Experience on development and implementation of Interfaces, Batch operations, Trouble shooting, and resolution of issues encountered in Testing cycles
Experience
Experience of 4 to 6 years
Educational And Other Qualifications
Should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree
Work Environment
Should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations
Should be willing to take up FLEXCUBE Technical certifications in functional areas as and when required.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment

Job Introduction
IWPB is pivoting on GIFT to capitalize on the rapid internationalization that is taking place in India and reflected in the large number of affluent and hi-net worth Indians wanting to create wealth through investing in global markets, increasing flow of international travel triggered by education, leisure and business. GIFT provides a credible (though evolving) jurisdiction, to place international investment products, allowing outbound investments into global markets, inbound investments into India (with differential tax treatments) and outbound to outbound investment opportunities.
The Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking Operations will lead HSBC's strategic initiatives in delivering world-class wealth management and premier banking solutions at the GIFT City branch. This role involves overseeing operational excellence, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and fostering client relationships to enhance HSBC's position as a leading international bank in India.
Principal Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute strategies to expand international wealth and premier banking services.
• Align operational goals with HSBC's global vision and GIFT City's financial hub objectives.
• Operational Management:
• Ensure seamless delivery of wealth management products, including foreign currency accounts, USD fixed deposits, and dollar-denominated investment solutions.
• Optimize operational efficiency and risk management processes.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and corporate clients.
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies to achieve revenue and asset growth targets.
• Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure adherence to IFSCA regulations and HSBC's internal policies.
• Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes and maintain high standards of compliance.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and client service executives.
• Foster collaboration across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
