You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and assess their needs and requirements. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base. • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of the company's products or services. • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. Keep clients informed about company updates, promotions, and relevant industry trends. • Client Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and goals of each client. Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions and offerings to meet those needs. • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely solutions. • Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and contract negotiations. • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products, services, and overall client experience. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement. • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates. Build strong, lasting relationships to prevent client churn. • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Provide support in creating proposals and presentations for clients. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics. Generate reports to track progress and provide insights to management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities. • Knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to client satisfaction. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
