• Maintain a deep understanding of IT Skills & client relationships, Technical Knowledge to identify inefficiencies
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Meeting & presenting company profile to clients who might benefit from the company’s services
• Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients
• IT Reporting to the Executive Board
• Resolve escalated client issues and complaints regarding resources
