Job Description
Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. so she must have these qualities:
Soft spoken
Married preferred with kids.
Decent in written and verbal English.
Should not get provoked when customer is angry.
Should be good in oral and written communication.
Good knowledge of near sheet.
Self-motivated
Account background is preferred - as she is going to do follow up with accountants and if she speak their language ex - account reconciliation, Tally, GST rate, Company certificate, MSME certificate, bank statement reading etc.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
