Required Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
Experience: Fresher to 6 months
Work Type: Work From Home
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support as needed.
2. Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on client payments, working closely with the accounts team to resolve any discrepancies.
3. Report Preparation: Generate and manage detailed reports related to client payments and financial transactions.
4. Invoice Coordination: Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
5. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a CRM or similar client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and managing financial data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor
