About The Role
• Manage an existing portfolio of business banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through timely service and proactive relationship management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand business needs, assess financial health, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance, credit utilization, and ensure timely renewals and reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.
• Support customers with their day to day requests, complaints and client exit management.
Role-specific Skills
• Good understanding of transaction banking , client servicing , with the ability to assess business financials.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Problem solving & analytical skills.
Qualification
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Additional Information
• Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
