Job Description
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will build and maintain strong relationships, understand client requirements, and deliver personalized service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships through effective communication and CRM software
- Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to build relationships and drive sales
- Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM software
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Experience in making outbound calls and managing a sales pipeline
