Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Experience in making outbound calls and managing a sales pipeline
