Job Title: Client Reporting Analyst - NCT

Location: Bangalore

Role description

The Client Services Operations Analyst is accountable for daily enquiries on behalf of the bank’s clients. Service can be provided to vendors and external clients, or internal clients such as Credit Risk, Front Office (client-facing professionals), Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk.

The queries are diverse and can encompass many areas within the bank. Queries are in scope with day-to-day transactions and conform to the bank's policies and procedures. The Client Services Operations Analyst is responsible for managing relationships with clearing vendors by providing constructive feedback to enhance the user’s experience, while maintaining consistency with the bank’s values. In addition, by anticipating and supporting external client’s needs, take ownership and offer professional assistance. The Client Services Operations Analyst co-ordinates discussions between various internal departments by utilising gained industry knowledge for better resolutions while mitigating risk. They provide guidance on aspects such as regulatory, operational and technical support to the bank’s internal and external clients. They are proficient in their ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions regarding products, asset control, cost analysis and superior client service.

Your key responsibilities

Delivering structured Reports (such as Customized Reports, Review book, Factsheet, Regulatory Reports), without missing the delivery timelines and no impact on core business.

Assist the team in reviewing and updating process changes.

Escalating issues in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.

Collaboration, effective and prompt communication with individuals and various teams like risk, front office and performance measurement, IT etc

Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or other relevant fields

1 to 5 years of experience in Client Reporting or related roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication in German language (Minimum B2.2)

MS Office and other editing Tool.

Highly motivated for team-work and unwavering ability to plan and organize work.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
