Full Job Description
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients of the advertising agency. The position will involve serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency, managing client accounts, and ensuring that client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships with them.

Manage client accounts and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, marketing objectives, and target audiences.

Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that meet clients' needs.

Prepare proposals and presentations for clients, and negotiate contracts and fees.

Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

Identify opportunities to upsell agency services to existing clients.

Manage client budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, and use this knowledge to provide strategic insights to clients.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure that client's needs are always met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in account management or client service in an advertising agency or marketing firm.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other similar tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

At least 1 year of agency experience required

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
