Looking for a Client Servicing Professionals from Advertising/Communication industry.
Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities:
One point contact for the client to offer 360-degree solutions.
Cultivate/ maintain good relationships with the clients.
Help client in their communication needs.
Coordinate & Collaborate with the internal teams to address the client needs in a timely manner.
Check the output from the internal team before delivering to the client or release to the media.
Ensuring timely billing of the services offered and collection of the bills.
Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients and ensuring timely recoveries
Explore and exploit new business opportunities through client referrals.
Client Servicing Executive Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
Proficiency in MS Office and Power Point presentations
Good E-mail mannerism
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year
Experience to Must have handled clients in the government and PSUs sector
