Job Description
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end client relationships by understanding their needs and translating them into actionable event strategies for Exhibitions, Conferences, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, production, and creative departments, to ensure the timely delivery of event solutions. Being the primary point of contact for clients, you will address queries and resolve issues promptly. Your role will also involve overseeing the planning and execution of events to ensure alignment with client expectations and industry standards. Monitoring event progress, gathering feedback, and deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed reports and documentation on client interactions and event outcomes.
To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event technology, Exhibitions, Conferences, or related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating effectively with diverse teams are essential skills required for this role. Experience in planning and executing events or large-scale projects, coupled with an understanding of event tech software and solutions, is preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, familiarity with client feedback systems, and performance metrics to drive service improvements are also desirable qualities for this position.
