Job Description
HealthifyMe is looking for a skilled Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience.
4. Manage client accounts, including overseeing contracts, invoicing, and ensuring timely payments.
5. Monitor client activity and engagement with our platform, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
6. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, resolve issues, and maintain open lines of communication.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client services, and ensure that our processes meet or exceed industry standards.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
4. Dedication to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
5. Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
6. Proven experience in people management and conflict resolution.
7. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
