### Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while managing relationships, resolving issues, and promoting our brand. This is a part-time position ideal for someone looking to leverage their extensive experience in client service management within a flexible working environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Lenskart’s products and services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and providing tailored solutions.

- **Issue Resolution:**

- Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns, utilizing analytical skills to assess situations and recommend effective resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution and enhance the client experience.

- **Data Analysis and Reporting:**

- Analyze client feedback and service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present reports on client service performance and strategic recommendations to management.

- **Client Onboarding and Training:**

- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to use Lenskart’s services effectively.

- Conduct training sessions as needed to enhance client understanding and usage of Lenskart’s offerings.

- **Team Collaboration:**

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide client insights and feedback that will drive product innovation.

- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client service strategies and best practices.

- **Adaptability and Continuous Improvement:**

- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in consumer preferences, adapting strategies and practices accordingly.

- Provide suggestions for operational improvements that could enhance service delivery or client satisfaction.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:**

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management or a related field, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
