The Role
We are seeking applications from Client Service Officer to join our dynamic Perth CBD office on a permanent basis.
Working with an experienced and dedicated team, you’ll be the first person our deserving clients speak with on their journey to seek justice from the adversity they’ve experienced. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference, and advance their career in personal injury.
While this role is a full-time role, we are open to discussions around either a part-time or flexible work arrangement, in the equivalent of minimum 4 days per week, for the right candidate.
Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and other communications, such as emails, social media messages and live chat website enquiries.
Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, through empathy and understanding, while interpreting their needs and assisting them with any given stage of their case.
Obtaining and recording accurate information, enabling our legal team members to respond effectively and appropriately to new client enquiries.

You’ll be naturally empathetic, have a passion for social justice and helping people, especially those who may be experiencing trauma.
You’ll recognise and value the importance of your role in being the gateway to support for clients.
If you’ve had previous experience in a contact centre, that’s great, but it’s not essential for success. This role would also suit a law student who is passionate about social justice.
You’ll record information accurately, and work to task with a sense of urgency, so that our clients can urgently receive on time and in full compensation.
