Job Title: Client Service Operator
Location: Mumbai
Role Description
The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to laid down processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. To handle Loan Disbursals and closure of service requests raised through various service channels.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring error free disbursements
• Ensuring error free banking of repayment mode / cheques received from various channels
• Correct closure of service requests received from various channels (Walk-In Customers / Phone Banking)
• On-time and accurate dispatch of Files / Agreements / Documents to their final destination
• Ensuring that the processes laid down are adhered to
• Co-ordination with local branches for loan closures / document release etc.
Your Skills And Experience
• Ideal candidate should have experience in the Banking Industry with regards to handling Retail Banking Asset products and Customer Service.
