Position Overview

Job Title- Client Service Operator, AVP

Location- Mumbai, India

Role Description

• The candidate is expected to have current understanding of client payment processing for loan, current and savings account payment processing, clearing activities, RTGS/NEFT processing etc. along with analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet predefined turn around for activities specified for the role.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Solid ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with moving targets. Knowledge of banking and financial services industry. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Minimum 10 years related experience. Graduate and having relevant experience banking and finance industry. MBA in finance, preferably CPA / Chartered Accountant, with public accounting experience and banking industry experience is added advantage.

• The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. Primary responsibility would be to manage PB loan payment processing and liability transactions processing and publish various reports as would be required from time to time.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handling all day-to-day activities related to loan payment application viz loan emi banking, part payment, foreclosure, settlement, write off processing as per Bank’s policy. This role ensures that there is timely and error free execution of transaction processing in full compliance with the internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

• Handling of daily CTS inward clearing, RTGS/NEFT processing, ACH debit/credit files processing in timely manner.

• Ensuring timely processing of NACH inward and outward mandates. Managing customer requests received through various channels like Branch, Customer care units.

• The role involves daily reconciliation of various office accounts and ensure timely rectifications of transactions to avoid any breakage.

• DSA Accounting for Amortization of expenses on monthly basis.

• Menu based uploads in Finacle such as upload of cash collected by DMU team against Emi’s, Settlements and Write off cases & also passing off manual entries of Settlements and Write off cases.

• Undertaking Training and guidance to the teams constantly on the changes of the Policy and Procedures Taking up new projects of the bank which is assign by the management and ensuring successful and timely closure.

• The role will be responsible to closely work with all stakeholders and coordination ensuring closures of all Audit points.

Your Skills And Experience
