- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving client service strategies.
5. Training and Development:
- Engage in training programs to enhance product knowledge and client service skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer informed advice and support to clients.
6. Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and managing client records accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required; however, any experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
