Job Description
Were looking for an organized dedicated individual with experience in hospitality and/or administration to help lead our team in our successful Corporate Team Building Events throughout the year at our Interactive Culinary Centre. Working under the direct supervision of our owners this individual will spearhead the behindthescenes communication of the Centre.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Creating and updating the monthly calendars
• Managing the general communications by responding to all inquiries ( both email and phone) regarding private events public classes or other similar matters
• Liaising with potential clients to organize and execute Corporate Team Building events through personalized communication custom proposals contracts and more
• Management of all administrative processes and procedures on site at the culinary centre
• Payment processing for corporate groups and individual public clients
• Creating all private event invoices along with processing final payments
• Building out custommized recipe booklets for each private event as per specific contracts
• Manage and update Waitlists and mailing lists website updates etc.
• Front of house support as needed for both public and private classes
Required experience:
• 2 years in hospitality/tourism management
• 2 years in administrationrelated role
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in communication/marketing/hospitality/other similar field
Experience with the following programs considered an asset:
• Google Drive (Gmail Google Sheets Google Docs)
• Squarespace
• Adobe Acrobat
• MailChimp
• Social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
Salary details
$60000 plus additional commission of up to $6000 annually.
