Job Description

Blackbird Security is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting our operations team and reporting directly to the National Client Services Manager. As a key member of our client services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position requires you to work from Sunday to Thursday within our company's business hours.

You will assist in handling client inquiries, processing requests, managing accounts, and ensuring that all communication runs smoothly. What you'll do

Manage, build, and maintain relationships with clients.
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service.
Handle and investigate complaints, escalating serious or complex issues to the appropriate individuals.
Work with local management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Create contracts and other client-related documents as assigned.
Liaise with clients to ensure proper documents are processed accurately.
Outline and participate in the development of process documents and procedures such as creating post orders and training manuals.
Review, revise, and prepare reports with data analysis to clients as needed.
Prepare, evaluate, and distribute quotes.
Respond to emergency and coverage requests.
Assist with general office administration as required.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support as needed to the administrative and leadership teams.
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time consistent with your abilities and qualifications.
What you bring

Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles is a benefit.
Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not required.
A post-secondary degree in marketing or business is preferred.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Comfortable learning and using new software and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
