Job Description
You will work directly with Relationship Managers and Operations in servicing a global client base, assisting with onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day client activity across domestic and international accounts.
What You’ll Do
Support Relationship Managers in servicing high-touch private banking clients
Assist with client onboarding, account opening documentation, and KYC review
Coordinate client transactions, wires, and daily banking requests
Prepare professional client correspondence and documentation
Maintain CRM and internal systems with precision and discretion
Liaise with Operations to ensure timely execution of client activity
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a comparable client-facing financial environment
Fluency in Spanish (required)
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment
Interest in building a career within private banking
