• Support the Account Manager with strategy input, client pitches, and performance reviews.
• Handle feedback loops effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Assist in billing, documentation, and internal reporting.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a client servicing role within a digital or creative agency.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Sound understanding of branding, content, and digital marketing services.
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
