Job Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to oversee our client's marketing campaigns and plan.
Responsibilities :
• Managing, cultivating, and creating positive interactions with the client.
• Being a liaison between the client and the internal team.
• Getting involved in creating and presenting pitches to new/existing clients.
• Make sure timelines are followed.
• Understand and create Client brief documents to assist the creative team in maximizing the campaign output to create maximum value for the brands.
• In charge of all brand-related documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Understanding the issues brought by the customer support team and providing solutions for the same.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree(preferably in Marketing, Mass media, or related fields)
• 6 months to 1 yr of experience only
• Good communication skills
• Ability to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data
• Should have a personal laptop and wi-fi connection
• Willingness to work in a startup environment
Immediate joiner will be preferred
