Position: Client Service Executive
Experience - Min. 2 years in Client Servicing at Marketing & Advertising agency.
Position - 3 nos
Qualification – Graduate
Location - Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
The most important task of this role is to interact with clients on regular basis. The client service executive has to maintain proper coordination between the client and internal departments of Fleek Media. The candidate’s responsibility is to create a positive onboarding experience for a client within the limits of the company policies.
• Interact with the client on regular basis through phone, emails, or meetings and understand his requirement.
• Respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Do Ideation meetings with the internal team and client to provide the best possible options.
• Implement innovative ways to keep the client engage with the company and provide a value-for-money experience to them.
• Cultivate a solid client relationship by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt service.
• Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
• Maintaining proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.
• Keep the higher management updated and give presentations when needed.
• Upselling to existing clients
• Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members
• Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
• Provide strategic insight into clients’ program
• Oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans
• Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction
• Review recommendations for ad and communication campaigns
• Report on activities and accounts
• Brand Research
• Make a Social Media Strategy for the Client's Social media handles
• Create organic engaging activities on the client's social media handles
• Do R&D and should come up with a new strategy
• You should know about moment marketing, influencer marketing, and meme marketing.
• Run paid campaigns on social media.
