Job Description
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients before, during, and after events
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective event technology solutions
Project & Event Support
• Coordinate event technology setup, configuration, and delivery based on client requirements
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple concurrent events
• Support live events, including real-time troubleshooting and on-site or virtual assistance when required
Technical & Product Support
• Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of event technology platforms
• Provide guidance on platform features such as registration, mobile apps, virtual platforms, lead capture, analytics, or event AV integrations
• Liaise with technical and product teams to resolve issues and escalate complex requests
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, production, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain accurate documentation, client notes, and event specifications
• Provide client feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements
Post-Event & Reporting
• Conduct post-event reviews with clients to evaluate performance and outcomes
• Support reporting, insights, and data analysis where applicable
• Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, or additional services
Skills & Qualifications
Required
• Experience in client services, account management, or customer success (event tech, SaaS, or events industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a calm approach under pressure
Preferred
• Experience with event technology platforms, AV solutions, or SaaS products
• Knowledge of live, virtual, and hybrid event workflows
• Familiarity with CRM tools, event platforms, or project management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours during live events when required
