Client Services Executive for our Digital Marketing Agency office in Kandivali West, Mumbai.

Responsibilities
• Gather constant contact with clients over email, phone, in-person
• Capture detailed briefings and collaborate with the client on exceeding marketing goals
• Develop advance plans based on brand goals and objectives
• Organize plans and coordinate with creative and technology teams for delivery
• Track and update progress on project tools
• Maintain proper reporting for leadership and clients
• Collaborate with copy/art/tech teams to ensure delivery on-time, on-budget
• Constantly learn and enhance digital skill-set
• Motivate creative teams to crack innovative ideas for brands
• Recommend ideas inspired by brand insights to grow client brands
Requirements

• Marketing, strategy, or media experience
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Excellent etiquette and personal grooming
