Position: Sales Manager - Corporate Event Sales
Job Location - Bangalore
This role requires a strong understanding of the corporate events industry, excellent communication skills,
& a proven ability to close deals.
Sales Manager specializing in Event Sales, will be responsible for driving revenue growth through
proactive & strategic sales initiatives fostering client relationship within the corporate sector & ensuring
exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
· Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with corporate clients.
· Present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets for corporate event sales.
· Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
· Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing industry trends
and results.
· Understand the competitive landscape, market trends, competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies
and tactics accordingly.
· Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories,
projecting expected sales volume and profit from existing and new clients
· Work with the Sales, Client Servicing and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications / Requirements
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the events industry.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales
targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Preferably having exposure & experience towards Event Industry
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
