About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Lane Cove office with 60+ employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business functions. This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.
Your Duties
Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
Front of house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation
Completing site audits as required
Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
Assisting with reporting as required
Other additional administration duties as required
Role Requirements
Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
Focus on providing exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willing to undergo a National Police Check
Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
