The Role:
As our Client Services Officer (CSO), you will support the Accounting Services team in delivering quality outcomes for clients. The role will report to the Administration Manager and will be responsible for the following:
Act as the first point of contact for clients including reception duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Support the end-to-end administration requirements of the client files in a fast-moving environment.
Corporate secretarial work, ATO communications and lodgements.
Support a team of Accountants with specialised administration support.
Onboard new clients, including but not limited to preparation of engagement letters, tracking ethical responses and setting up client groups.
Preparation and collation of documents on behalf of Accountants.
Preparation of collations and invoices.
Who are we looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll need the following:
A proven track record of providing outstanding administrative support within a public practice.
Experience with Xero or similar job management platforms.
Excellent reporting, presentation and communication skills.
The ability to adapt to change quickly and problem solve.
Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems.
Bookkeeping and/or Accounts Payable & Receivable experience advantageous.
