Join our team as a Client Services Representative, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through various on-site tasks.
Your Impact
Main Responsibilities:
• Communicate promptly with your supervisor regarding any potential issues or customer concerns.
• Respond quickly to management and client requests through emails, phone calls, and in-person communication.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Assist in the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to document all account processes effectively.
• Engage in various responsibilities that may include Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, and File Room Services based on your assigned location.
• Participate in cross-training sessions to provide coverage during staff shortages.
• Be flexible as site responsibilities and coverage locations may change based on client and division needs.
Mail/Courier Services:
• Ensure prompt and accurate handling of receiving, sorting, delivering, and processing all courier items and mail, including interoffice mail and USPS mail.
• Track and log courier and other accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
• Investigate and properly route unidentified and generic mail.
• Manage the receipt, logging, delivery, and tracking of messenger items.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests effectively.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all mailing and courier equipment.
• Document and track customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.
Reception/Office Services:
• Perform general front office duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, taking messages, managing conference room schedules, and entering data.
• Attend to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and prepare food and beverages for meetings.
• May also involve responsibilities related to copying and copier maintenance.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, with less than one year of relevant experience.
• Basic computer and technical skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Must obtain all required security clearances to access client premises.
• Potential driving responsibilities between multiple client locations; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, pulling, and reaching.
We are pleased to offer an anticipated hourly wage for this role ranging from $17.20 to $23.37.
