About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the Outbound Client Services role is to facilitate meaningful, client-centered conversations that encourage the scheduling of consultations and re-engagement for follow-up appointments.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Initiate proactive outreach by making outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in the services
Re-engage past clients by reaching out to those who have been inactive, inviting them to schedule consultations or follow-up appointments
Following up on overdue invoices for the accounts team as required
Drive appointment scheduling through persuasive communication, encouraging potential clients to book consultations or further meetings
Adapt to a high-volume, fast-paced phone environment, making concise and efficient calls while maintaining professionalism
Accurately document client interactions and update client information in the system
Report regularly on performance metrics (KPIs), providing updates to the manager on progress and outcomes
Ensure confidentiality and compliance are consistently maintained in all client communications and data handling
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar customer service or client care role with outbound calling experience
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a diverse range of clients
Proficient in typing, navigating computer systems, and experience in phone systems/software (Intercom or Aircall experience is desirable)
A genuine interest in medicinal ******** and its potential benefits, with a willingness to learn more about the industry and its offerings
