About the Role

Are you a calm, detail-loving people person who can naturally match others’ energy with warmth and professionalism? We’re looking for a poised and personable Client Services Studio Host to be the friendly, upbeat face of our award-winning recording studio, the steady behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly.

This isn’t a passive front desk gig. You’ll be juggling tasks, solving problems, supporting executive producers, and making every client feel welcome and cared for. If you shine under pressure, love organization, and live for meaningful service we’d love to meet you.

While we’re a recording studio, this role is all about service, operations, and communication. Our strongest client services team members come from hospitality or customer service backgrounds they bring focus, humility, and a warm, consistent presence that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Be the first, friendly face clients see welcoming them to the studio

Keep the front desk humming with organization

Assist clients with studio needs, coffee/tea/beverage service, scanning, printing and emailing documents if required.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, professional studio environment

Set up and execute food and beverage services for all sessions and events, ensuring all requirements are met.

Arrange session rooms according to booking specifications, including printing scripts & schedules, food setup and clearing post-event.

Clean and maintain studio rooms by removing catering orders, dirty plates and glasses, garbage and recycling, wiping down tables and chairs, restocking supplies and reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor

Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio, which includes cleaning and replenishing coffee machines and fridges, loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing items by hand if necessary, cleaning up the kitchen after catered lunches, keeping the kitchen stocked, tidy and clean, stocking washrooms and the studios with supplies as needed, setting up and tearing down the patio cushions, watering plants.

Assist in ordering and receiving of supplies, ensuring all items are cross-referenced for accuracy upon delivery and properly stored.

Assist in planning, setup, tear down for occasional special events in the evening. (1-3 Events per year)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Be punctual and reliable

Post Secondary education/High School Diploma

1-2 years of work experience in the hospitality or customer service sector

Must be organized and detail oriented

Proven abilities to set priorities and follow directions

Knowledge of Google Workspace, Word and Excel

Smart Serve Certified (would be helpful)
