Job Description:
Job: Client Servicing
Package: 3-4 Lakhs
As a Client Servicing at Cigma Events, you will play a pivotal role in
fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of events. Your
responsibilities will include:
1. Experience- Candidates should have experience of 6 Months – 1 year
2. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging with them
on a daily basis to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
3. Event Coordination: Collaborate with various teams within the organization to
coordinate and execute all aspects of events, ensuring they align with client objectives
and company standards.
4. Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with key clients such as Seagate, HP, HCL,
and others to discuss upcoming projects, gather requirements, and provide updates
on ongoing activities.
5. Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly understand client requirements, including budget
constraints, timelines, and event specifications, and ensure they are met in a timely
and efficient manner.
6. New Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients to explore new
business opportunities, showcasing our services and capabilities while understanding
their event needs.
7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with
clients, earning their trust and confidence through exceptional service delivery and
effective communication.
8. Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and
effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer
satisfaction.
9. Timely Delivery: Ensure all client deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines,
maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the process.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey
ideas and information to clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions to meet client needs and overcome
challenges.
Proven experience in client servicing or related fields, preferably within the events
industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine interest in
the events industry
