Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner
• Become a reliable point of contact for each client to help establish a strong business relationship.
• Interact with clients to understand deliverables and expectations
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology and manage resources, in order to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts, ensuring the necessary paper work is completed.
• Handle incoming leads, by reaching out to them via calls, emails, conduct virtual meets and take the discussion ahead till conversion or otherwise
• Regularly update CRM
• Payment follow ups, coordinating with clients on monthly/weekly trackers, getting approvals from them on the same.
Ideal Profile
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Marketing/Content Agency experience (preferred)
• Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, a clear communicator, (verbal and written).
