Job Description
You’d need to be Awesome at:
• Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management
• Communicating Sokrati’s Product & Service Offering & understand technology aspects of it on the back-end
• Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact
• Be heart, mind and voice of client within Sokrati
• Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective
• Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline – in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals
• Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
Qualifications

• Have 1-3 years of Client Management or client-facing experience (Digital Advertising/ Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)
• Are willing to work in the base city(Ahmedabad)
• Are a great Story-Teller and an elegant negotiator

• Are aggressive & Take Control
• Are Highly organized
• And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction.
