Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Client Servicing & Business Development in Events / 3D Designer & 2D Graphics Designer in Events. The role is based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, handling client communications, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition, the candidate will be involved in the financial aspects of business development. They will also create and design 3D and 2D graphics for events, ensuring the creative aspects of events are executed to the highest standard.
Qualifications
• Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Finance related to business development
• Proficiency in 3D and 2D design software for event graphics
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the events industry is advantageous
