Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and handling finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Finance knowledge or experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fieldFreshers with good knowledge of excel, word & PPT can apply.
