Job Description
We are looking for a experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our expanding team, the ideal candidate responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. The role involves coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their requirements are met efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and communication.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in coordinating projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Track project status and communicate progress to clients regularly.
Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services/products based on client needs.
Skills Required:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in client servicing or account management.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Proactive and enthusiastic about providing top-tier client service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
