Role Overview

Xperia Prime Network is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who is proactive, detail-driven, and client-focused. You’ll be the key link between clients and our internal creative teams, translating briefs into actionable concepts and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client expectations, business goals, and brand voice
• Provide timely updates on campaign progress and deliverables
Brief Understanding
• Receive and interpret client briefs clearly and thoroughly
• Identify key objectives, challenges, target audiences, and KPIs
• Ask insightful questions to ensure complete understanding
Concept Preparation Support
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams
• Assist in developing concept decks, moodboards, and presentations
• Contribute insights based on industry trends and client needs
Coordination & Follow-ups
• Track progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Coordinate across departments for smooth workflow
• Handle follow-ups for approvals, revisions, and final delivery
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of brand communication and consumer behavior
• Attention to detail with a creative mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of design and marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency or event management company (mandatory)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus
