CollegeDekho.com is a disruptive technology education start-up offering both B2B and B2C solutions. The main
offerings in the B2C model includes providing end-to-end admission solutions to students and the B2B model
includes offering Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) to clients. With over 35000+ colleges in its database,
CollegeDekho.com is one of the most promising start-ups in India in 2015.
CollegeDekho.com is a unique universities discovery platform, which connects education seekers with education
providers, at the same time offering information about colleges, courses, entrance exam details, admission
notifications, changes in exam pattern, scholarships and all related topics.
Over the next 2 years, CollegeDekho plans to scale launch and scale a new student-oriented service verticals
which is expected to contribute significantly to the growth of the organization.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a smart and dynamic Client Servicing Manager- (Enterprise professional who will be
responsible for working with the client directly and ensuring all client related activities are completed within
given timelines. The successful applicant would thrive on a challenging role, have problem solving skills with a
proven track record of working with internal and external stake holders. We would like to invite people who have
worked in or would like to work with progressive organizations, as part of a successful team to come and join us.

What would you be expected to do:
✔ Work with the client closely in managing client needs & requirements
✔ Address customer concerns in a timely manner and build a long-term relationship with the client
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stake holders to ensure that customer requirements are met
✔ Work with the client on reporting, numbers etc to ensure that the target is achieved
✔ Work as a bridge between operations and the client to ensure BAU activities
✔ Provide regular and weekly updates to the client on the project and campaigns that directly affect each client
✔ Develop open and effective channel of communication with each client to become a reliable point of contact
for the client
✔ Work with online and offline teams internally to ensure all customer online / offline campaigns are being
delivered as per agreed timelines
✔ Monitor and measure client satisfaction
Successful Candidate would have
✔ 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a progressive organization
✔ Education: Graduation and above
✔ Excellent written and oral communication skills
✔ Strong presentation skills
✔ A great “Can do” attitude
✔ Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
✔ Proficient in excel and reporting tools
✔ Extensive travel to client location and otherwise as and when required
