Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests and projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential upsells
• Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams and strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
