Who are we looking for?
Designation: Client Servicing Executive
Experience: 0-1 year
Location-Mumbai (Candidates should be Mumbai based/open to relocate)
Key Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal; and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Basic understanding of the advertising and marketing industry.
• Knowledge about the online ecosystem, SEO, design or paid media budgeting etc. is a plus.
What will your Key Results Areas (KRAs) be?
a. To coordinate with the Paid Media team and Brand Strategists to ensure timely delivery of all deliverable
b. To keep in regular touch with the clients and service clients on all queries c. To get repeated business from existing clients or cross sell newer services d. To ensure that client retention is always high
e. To devise and comply to various reporting standards for the clients
f. To Coordinate any “out-of-scope” client activities
g. To ensure regular and timely service to clients to throughout and even after project execution
h. To maintain high level of client engagement through daily contact
