Description

The Client Services Executive is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, adaptable, flexible,

resourceful, computer savvy, and detail oriented with strong written & verbal communications

skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. A “can do” attitude is required and the

individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

o Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations

o Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.

o Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.

o Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the

production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and

clients.

o Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all

steps to ensure project stays on track.

o Work with creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to

share constantly learn new technology.

o Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every

occasion.

Requirements

o Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication.

o Must have strong follow-up skills.

o Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

o Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.

o Must have NO FEAR of computers & technology. At least an intermediate knowledge of

internet terms & capabilities.

o Must be willing to learn new things.

What will keep you busy here:

o You shall create new accounts, manage it and contribute in business generation.

o You will steer Impact’s projects running in semi-urban and rural backdrops (pan India).

o Manage projects efficiently under looming deadlines by working directly with clients, planning team, operations, creative team and accounts

o Supervise and check all deliverables and co-ordinate with vendors for production. Liaise with clients on proposals, project deliveries and post campaign analyses

o You are to overlook operational alignment, estimates, collaterals, fabrication, and creatives.

o In addition, you will be need to ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations and co-ordinate

o To manage bunch of bright, young minds, guzzling with energy and ideas (sometimes the overload of which can make you run hills) and coordinate with similar herd sitting in Delhi head office.

We are looking for these feathers in your hat: Though we value an individual’s experience, acumen and attitude most, a degree in business management, Mass communication, Marketing/Brand management/Journalism will surely earn you brownies

An ideal candidate for this position:

o 3-5 years of experience with clients from FMCG, Auto, Agri, Consumer Durables and Pharma sectors.

o Earlier experience of working in Rural and Activations
